Required Skills
- Strong understanding of server architecture and hardware qualification processes
- Handson experience with BIOS, BMC, CPU, GPU, memory storage and networking technologies
- Good knowledge of storage concepts including RAID SAN DAS HBA controllers and drive technologies
- Understanding of network performance validation and troubleshooting
- Experience with performance/stress tools and hardware diagnostics utilities
- Strong knowledge of firmware drivers, PCIPCIe and server boot processes
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS installation, HyperV and virtualization testing
- Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scripting/automation tools is an added advantage
