QRO Specialist

This role supports distribution services within a healthcare-focused organization, primarily in quality assurance and compliance. Key responsibilities include coordinating the filing and tracing of controlled quality documents to maintain the enterprise quality management systemtracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and collaborating with staff to meet compliance timelinespreparing audit readiness materials and managing logistical arrangements for inspectionsentering and validating quality data within databases to ensure accurate reportingresolving administrative quality inquiries to ensure operational continuityfacilitating communication between operational teams and quality management to support compliance training Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), with at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, control, or compliance.
