What you’ll Bring
- Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing, managing, and auditing Quality Management Systems
- Experience leading or supporting internal and external audits
- Strong understanding of AS9100 or comparable quality standards
- Experience managing document control and corrective action processes
- Able to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive accountability collaboratively
- Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Experience supporting standardized quality processes across multiple functions or sites within a manufacturing or regulated environment

Pay
This is the expected compensation range for this role. Final compensation will be based on role scope, experience, skills, internal equity and location. This role may also be eligible for bonus/equity/benefits, if applicable.
$90,000 - $120,000 USD
