Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with QMS standards.
  • Administer all departmental manual administration.
  • Compile and maintain daily and weekly reports.
  • Compile and issue monthly department reports.
  • Aid and administer all aspects of QMS.
  • Administer department use of QMS software as applicable.
  • Print documents to PDF and upload to SharePoint.
  • Organize documents and store items in the proper location.
  • Cookordinate special projects as assigned by management.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and Safety-related policies.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED preferred.
  • MS Office experience required.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Capable of working with multiple types of documentation, both written and electronic.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Hightly tactful and diplomatic with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with using Adobe preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to see and hear (correctable).
  • Able to communicate verbally.
  • Able to use a computer keyboard.
  • Able to sit for extended periods.
