QMHP Intake Specialist - Collaborative Care

Additional Information About The Role

Up to a $2300 sign-on bonus. Shift information: Day Shift M - F (8-hour days, no weekends, no holidays).

Responsibilities

  • Provide short brief therapy using the collaborative care model for patients that have mild to moderate mental health needs.
  • Build a treatment plan and communicate with families, patients, psychiatrists, and a treatment team.
  • Diagnose effectively and have strong communication skills.
  • Schedule patients for their next appointments and manage your schedule daily.
  • Work side by side with the navigator when your patients need to be connected to resources.
  • Work with primary care providers and psychiatrists using a team approach.

Requirements

  • Must have either an LPC or LCSW (NO PROVISIONALLY LICENSED at this time)
  • RN, LPC or LCSW required – must be licensed in Missouri
  • If you have an RN license - we can only consider candidates for the Mental Health RN position

Qualifications

  • Must have 2-5 years of experience
  • No supervisor experience required
  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Preferred master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
