Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients diagnosed with a serious mental health illness (SMI).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
• Engage in community outreach and education to raise mental health awareness.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a compassionate and non-judgmental approach in all interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current QMHP certification.
• Experience with clients who have co-occurring disorders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a community mental health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

$27.50 - $32.50 per hour
