QMAP, Resident Care Assistant (Part-time, Overnight, Fri-Sat)

About the Role
Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, a gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and respecting residents' dignity and privacy.
Responsibilities
- Pass Medication per medication administration record
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
- Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
Requirements
- Current QMAP Certification, REQUIRED
- Current CPR/1st Aid Certification, Preferred
- Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- Previous caregiving and medication administration experience, Preferred
- A love for seniors
