QMAP / Caregiver – Part-Time Evening Shifts

The QMAP/Caregiver provides activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and respecting their dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care

Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP Certification required
• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• A love for seniors

$20-$23 per hour

Sunday & Monday Evening Shifts: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
