About the Role

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Qlik Replicate within the Replication Snowflake family to design, implement, and optimize data replication solutions. This is an onsite position in Palm Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data replication processes using Qlik Replicate
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of data replication pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data replication requirements
• Monitor and troubleshoot replication tasks to maintain data consistency and integrity
• Implement best practices and stay updated with the latest advancements in Qlik Replicate and Snowflake replication technologies
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Qlik Replicate projects aligned with organizational goals
• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical replication solutions
• Optimize replication workflows for efficiency, scalability, and minimal latency
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to junior team members
• Conduct regular performance tuning, health checks, and audits of replication environments
• Document replication architectures, configurations, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data replication strategies with business objectives
