Job Summary** The QET 1 (Quality Engineering Technician 1) will support quality control activities, perform inspections, and assist in maintaining quality systems within a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities** Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to specifications and control plans. Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, identifying and reporting non-conformances. Assist in the investigation of quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation under supervision. Perform basic calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure adherence to quality standards. Participate in quality audits and process improvements as directed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Job Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role, preferably in an electronics or related industry. Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, multimeters). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
