QESH Coordinator
Key responsibilities
- Responsible at all times for promoting a safety culture and awareness across the site.
- Manages the QESH portion of Employee onboarding to include:
- Our Learning & Development tool, NewCold Academy
- Locker Management
- Issuing Gear and maintaining inventory
- Introduction to NewCold Policies and Procedures
Who we are looking for
- Motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments.
- Experience: 2+ Years of experience in a light industrial and/or warehousing environment. 2+ years of experience in Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, BRC, VPP, and First Aid.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to manage multiple open positions. Self-starter who is willing to take initiative.
- Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science or related field preferred, but not required.
