Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site-wide QEHS programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and improve integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across all functions
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, HR, supply chain, and leadership to strengthen engagement and performance
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and sustained compliance
- Develop and deliver training programs to build QEHS awareness and capability across the workforce
- Monitor QEHS performance, analyze trends, and present results and improvement plans to leadership
About You
- You are a strong, visible leader who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and is passionate about protecting people, improving processes, and ensuring compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
- 5+ years of QEHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience leading audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance activities
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and engage teams at all levels
