QE Platform Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a QE Platform Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the shared quality engineering platform that enables reliable test automation across multiple products and teams. You will partner closely with engineering groups to improve coverage, streamline execution, and strengthen overall software quality at scale. The position also focuses on building infrastructure and tooling that reduce friction in test environments and support faster, more effective delivery. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Design and own shared test automation frameworks across multiple platforms Build and maintain reliable test execution infrastructure at scale Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance test coverage and quality practices Develop tooling for test environment provisioning and parallel test execution Monitor test infrastructure performance and reduce friction in processes Contribute to internal documentation for effective automated testing practices Qualifications 5+ years in test automation or QE engineering with a strong focus on testing Experience designing and building test automation frameworks like Playwright or Selenium Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js, with architectural experience in testing frameworks Familiar with cloud-native setups (Kubernetes, AWS) and containerized testing Knowledgeable in API/integration and end-to-end testing for web/mobile applications Strong communication skills to influence testing across teams Proactive mindset with a builder mentality Benefits Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1 401(k) plan with company match Remote-friendly work environment with flexible time off Opportunities for personal and professional growth Inclusive culture focused on mission-driven high-impact work Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
