About the role
The Quality Delivery Liaison is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality products to customers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines
- Resolve issues and provide feedback to improve processes
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
