About the role
Responsible for ensuring packaged finished goods comply with Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine bottling line audits and packaging tests
- Maintain accurate records of data in software applications (SAP, LIMS, Red Zone)
- Adhere to all SQF Food Safety and Food Quality requirements
- Perform GMP compliance audits throughout the winery
- Verify incoming packaging materials for compliance to specifications
- Verify line sanitation and inspection equipment prior to start-up
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in process improvement projects

Qualifications
- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in science
- Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment a plus
- Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and other team members
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to demonstrate critical thinking
- Demonstrate personal accountability, taking ownership for actions with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively work and collaborate with others in a team atmosphere
- Respond to changing production pressures and prioritize assigned projects
Working Conditions
- Moderate to heavy physical work
- Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities or partners
- Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day)
- Must comply with all personal protective equipment requirements including ear plugs, safety glasses, and footwear
- Exposure to various chemicals in production areas
- Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment
- Long and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shifts
- Extensive walking and lifting of up to 55 pounds
Pay
Salary Range: $20.15 - $24.65 per hour. The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
