Quick-turn project: briefing Monday morning, deck delivered Monday afternoon, final files due by close of business Tuesday (~12 hours total).
Responsibilities
- Review the 100-page PowerPoint presentation for formatting accuracy and consistency
- Ensure all design requirements and brand standards are met
- Validate that comments and requested updates have been properly addressed
- Perform quality control checks across the entire deck
- Identify and correct layout, spacing, alignment, and formatting issues
Requirements
- Strong proofreading and quality assurance experience with PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience reviewing presentation materials for formatting and design consistency
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
