QC- Quality Control & Production Follow up

About the role

Quality Control and Production Follow-up role ensuring product quality, adherence to approved samples, and implementation of buyer requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review approved sample and implement all comments to proceed to next sample or bulk production.
• Understand fabric and other materials quality standards.
• Understand buyer requirements, quality standards, and specifications.
• Conduct inline inspections.
• Monitor workmanship, measurements, and construction to achieve perfect product.
• Follow up rework and ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Coordinate with merchandisers, production team, and factory teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain proper records of inspections and approvals.
• Monitor inventory, consumption, fabric, and trims quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in quality control or garment production.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and textile inspection.
• Technical knowledge of garment production and the textile industry.
• Familiarity with garment industry standards and quality inspection processes.
