About the role
The QC Manager oversees the quality control processes within the company, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing a team of quality assurance specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
- Train and mentor quality assurance specialists.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure all documentation related to quality control is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with quality management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
