QC Manager

About the role

The QC Manager oversees the quality control processes within the company, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing a team of quality assurance specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
• Train and mentor quality assurance specialists.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure all documentation related to quality control is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with quality management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
