QC Line Inspector - Night Shift

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Monitor and record product weights.
• Check color, odor, and texture.
• Verify seal integrity and perform burst testing.
• Inspect product codes, fill temperatures, and quality.
• Complete tear-downs for each seamer head.
• Notify supervisor of out-of-specification measurements.
• Fill out required documentation.
• Record information on Quality log sheets.
• Input data into the Quality control computer.
• Participate in team activities.
• Contribute to team development, communication, and policy implementation.
• Attend relevant team meetings.
• Identify and address cohesion issues within the team.
• Understand and adhere to Simmons' operating systems.
• Perform additional duties as directed.

Experienced within a manufacturing/process environment with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
