An established technology manufacturer in Torrance is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Inspector to support the inspection and testing of video/audio and electronic products before shipment. This is a full-time, permanent position working closely with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Inspect electronic assemblies, cable assemblies, and incoming materials
- Read basic engineering drawings and verify product specifications
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and microscopes
- Identify and document nonconforming materials
- Maintain inspection records and support quality documentation
- Assist with rework verification and quality-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing preferred
- Experience with inspection tools and electronic assemblies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
