About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Management Trainee follows a structured path toward a leadership role, developing the skills needed to advance to Store Manager. You will learn through hands-on experience in the store, driving sales, delivering high-quality customer service, and supporting daily team operations. You will play a key role across all store functions, building confidence in decision-making, team development, and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing team members by providing feedback and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures (loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, exchanges, etc.).
• Participate in team scheduling to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising.
• Support daily operations, including merchandise replenishment and backroom tasks.
• Foster an engaged and inclusive team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in retail or the service sector.
• Strong interest in fashion.
• Natural leadership and a growth mindset.
• Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lb (≈16 kg).
