Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage store shipments (incoming and outgoing).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked backroom to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention, health, and safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving products between the sales floor and backroom, and assisting with visual merchandising.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in fashion.
• Natural leadership and a growth mindset.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lb (≈16 kg).
