About the Role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement Advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery, while Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling.
• Execute compelling visual‑merchandising presentations.
• Welcome guests, thank them, and exceed service expectations.
• Maintain product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.

• Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour.
