KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employs safe work habits and complies with all applicable safety requirements
- Provides daily production support including testing, adjusting and disposition of raw materials, products and packaging in a Plant Lab
- Works closely with Quality Assurance, Plant Management, Production Teams and EHS to ensure overall quality and safety of products produced and distributed from the Sharonville Plant
- Utilize SPC methods in data collection, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action effectiveness and cost saving/avoidance analysis
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- One to three years of wet chemistry testing experience
- Statistical Process Control, Data Analysis, PC skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities specifically in technical matters
- Effective communication with all levels of personnel at multiple locations
- Ability to take a leadership role in all Quality Assurance matters
- Ability to excel in a team environment
- Able to conduct and support internal quality audits 2 to 4 times per month, including reviewing production activities, batch records, manufacturing documentation, and compliance with established quality procedures
- Able to identify discrepancies, document findings, and work with production teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented
