Burlington, NC (Alamance-Burlington Schools) $50,000 - $55,000 per year | Full-time | Reports to: District Manager KEY COMPETENCIES MFM hires on skills first and field experience second. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, dependable, and a team player who takes ownership of getting things done right. Position Summary The QC Admin is the administrative backbone of MFM's Alamance-Burlington Schools contract. This role handles payroll and timekeeping support, employee records, onboarding and recruiting coordination, and supports quality control by tracking inspections and following up on service issues. Reports to the District Manager. Responsibilities Review and correct timecards and missed punches, approve time, and prepare payroll each pay period Track PTO requests and make sure time-off rules are followed Maintain employee records: new hires, status changes, terminations, direct deposit and deductions Coordinate onboarding, including I-9s, new-hire paperwork and system user accounts Support recruiting: post jobs, contact applicants and schedule interviews Keep staffing schedules up to date and flag open positions Track quality control inspections, log results and follow up on corrective actions with site supervisors Prepare reports for the District Manager on hours, overtime, staffing and QC results Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors and school contacts Requirements Payroll, HR or office administration experience Experience with payroll/timekeeping software (Paylocity a plus) Strong attention to detail and organization; able to handle confidential information Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel Clear written and verbal communication High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus Valid driver's license for occasional school visits Benefits MFM offers a benefits package for full-time employees.
