You'll work on one of Intuit's most strategic products with a team that values bold thinking, operational excellence, and genuine collaboration. Your work will directly shape how small businesses perceive and choose QuickBooks Advanced — and that impact is real.
Responsibilities
- Leadership by influence. Lead through influence — rallying cross-functional partners, PMM, media, internal creative teams, and external agencies around a shared vision without relying on direct authority.
- End-to-end program management. Own the full lifecycle of brand marketing programs: strategy, briefing, execution, and measurement — from ideation through delivery.
- Campaign leadership. Drive global brand campaigns across the full funnel, keeping work on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Budget management. Manage budgets with rigor — optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Brand integration. Serve as the central brand voice on major company initiatives, including product launches.
- Brand strategy. Translate customer insights into brand strategy that sharpens QuickBooks Advanced positioning and drives measurable shifts in brand metrics. Partnering with SRA to deliver and use data insights to inform all work.
- Creative leadership. Manage Intuit's internal creative team (Intuition) and external agency partners — directing strategy and creative to deliver strong plans and real results.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of brand marketing experience, with a mix of B2B, B2C, and/or agency background.
- Proven track record managing large-scale marketing programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- A natural leader who gets things done through influence — you don't need a title or a reporting line to move people and drive alignment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights and connect them to creative strategy.
- Excellent communicator — comfortable presenting to senior executives and influencing without authority.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized; comfortable operating in agile, iterative environments.
- Strong creative instincts paired with a sharp analytical eye for performance.
