What You’ll Do
- Provide supervision and clinical oversight for ABA programs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure services align with BACB and state guidelines
Requirements
- Active QBA credential (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely (for hybrid/remote roles)
