Responsibilities
- Support quality assurance programs to monitor processes, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with global quality, process improvement, and delivery teams to assess knowledge and support learning needs.
- Contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes as a subject matter expert.
- Provide expert guidance on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Analyze complex data sets to support decision-making and improve quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards and objectives.
- Drive continuous learning initiatives to elevate team capabilities and performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance (MCP Testing).
- Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA).
- Associate's degree preferred, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
