Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance programs to monitor processes, procedures, and policies.
• Collaborate with global quality, process improvement, and delivery teams to assess knowledge and support learning needs.
• Contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes as a subject matter expert.
• Provide expert guidance on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Analyze complex data sets to support decision-making and improve quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards and objectives.
• Drive continuous learning initiatives to elevate team capabilities and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance (MCP Testing).
• Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA).
• Associate's degree preferred, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
