About the role

The QA Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure training remains current.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training or education.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
