QA Test Engineer at Samprasoft

About the role

The candidate will be part of a dynamic team helping to support the qualification of our portfolio of applications for our software development process.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to document system requirements for automated validation of components and software systems.
• Participate in new product development by being part of a cross-functional team involving hardware, software, SME professionals, and external partners.
• Develop and execute manual tests based on feature stories and defect updates as part of the development process.

Requirements

• Two or more years’ experience working on projects of varying complexity including large and complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical disciplines.
• Two or more years’ experience writing test cases that can be leveraged into a broader suite of tests.
• Demonstrated ability showing initiative and working independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team while handling multiple tasks or projects.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and good organizational skills.
• Experience with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle.
• Manual QA Testing experience.
