What You’ll Do
- Inspect in-process and finished goods on the production floor
- Perform basic product tests and document results accurately
- Complete quality records and reports, including nonconformance documentation
- Assist with audits and support production teams as needed
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and help train operators once you’re fully trained
What We’re Looking For
- Six months to one year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Flexibility and a positive, team-focused attitude
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience with EtQ or manufacturing specifications is a plus
