We are proud of our product and our team, and we’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join us in Madisonville, LA!
What You’ll Do
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct on-site tests, such as pH, temperature, and texture, to verify quality during various production stages.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of quality checks, test results, and any deviations from standards.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
- Ensure that the workspace is always clean and meets GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to smooth, efficient production.
What You Bring
- Experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in fast-paced conditions.
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must pass a drug screen.
