QA TECH HOT - 2ND SHIFT

Division/Department: Pork – Marshalltown location

Full-time, non-exempt hourly position on 2nd shift with flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform various quality control functions including line inspection and audits
• Inspect various products to assure compliance with Company specifications
• Ensure all company safety guidelines are being followed
• Follow all food safety requirements
• Work closely with management to achieve production objectives
• Identify issues and report findings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable and enthusiastic
• Leadership skills
• Good people skills; ability to work well with others
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Good math skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Physically capable of performing line work
• Self-starter
• Bilingual preferred but not required
