QA / Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Support Engineer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be responsible for authoring and QA testing AI-driven automations focused on healthcare workflows. This role involves executing high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with precision, maintaining comprehensive technical and process documentation, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams using tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA. The position requires a quick learning curve, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement of our core applications and internal tooling. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes and applications
• Execute high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with precision and efficiency
• Author and QA test AI-driven automations aligned with healthcare workflows
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of core applications and internal developer tools to enhance team and customer workflows
• Create and maintain structured technical and process documentation to support ongoing operations
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and QA teams using remote tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and attention to detail in all deliverables

Requirements

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US (e.g., Green Card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD)
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant technical or software-adjacent experience
• Experience in authoring and QA testing AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows
• Ability to quickly ramp up within a few days of joining
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume, repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA
• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency
