Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare management
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., RN, LPN)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Experience in managing clinical operations
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation processes
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
