Randstad Digital is hiring for a contract position in Richmond, Virginia. Job type: Contract. Education: Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive functional and content QA checklists against newly developed learning products.
- Actively stress-test and attempt to "break" courses within the LMS, uncovering edge cases, navigation bugs, scoring errors and tracking issues before they reach Associates.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on technical and structural integrity, ensuring that digital learning solutions are intuitive, accessible and glitch-free.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Copy Editing or Instructional Design.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically testing and troubleshooting eLearnings (SCORM/xAPI) within a Learning Management System (LMS).
- At least 1 year of experience working with Articulate 360 authoring tools (Storyline and Rise).
