QA Receiving Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Process and receive all incoming products accurately
• Auxiliary assistance with research and price validation as needed
• Evaluate pricing and product descriptions when market data is unavailable
• Review assigned Bids and Purchase Orders, noting all Supervisor or Purchasing staff instructions
• Determine correct condition, quantity, and classification of merchandise and document discrepancies
• Receive items into inventory, recording serial numbers, firmware, revisions, and other key data
• Photograph items clearly with accurate weight documentation and multiple angles as required
• Prepare products for web listing in accordance with Radwell database standards
• Report completion of Purchase Orders and Bids accurately and timely
• Provide general support across receiving operations as needed
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

• Moderate technical aptitude
• Detail oriented
• Computer literate

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Strong computer proficiency
• Knowledge of industrial automation products preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Somewhat of a college or technical schooling background preferred
• A technical school degree is advantageous

Physical Demands

• Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and continuous lifting up to 10 pounds

Compensation & Commission

The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour. Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Eligibility for commission begins after a successful completion of the introductory 90-day period.
