QA/QC Technician
Responsibilities
- Verify for correctness and accuracy all batching kits prior to being shipped to the main plant. Attention to detail and good math skills are required for this position.
- Assists with inventory accuracy.
- Assists in the coordination, monitoring and testing of all Vendors to meet Quality/Compliance expectations for products they provide.
- Assists in working with manufacturing in designing and enhancing quality management systems to facilitate overall regulatory compliance.
- Assists the Batching Compliance Analyst Lead in serving as liaison with all compliance issues.
- Verification of ingredient quantities during kit stage in DC batching area. Must be able to lift 55 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Organoleptic analysis of all supplied ingredients.
- Report any non-conformance.
- Know all quality standards and expectations of position.
- Report any waste or poor conservation practices.
- Continuously looking for improved practices and processes in your position, and contributing these ideas to your immediate supervisor.
- Know all safety requirements of position prior to starting any job.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures established by the company.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or required by supervisor/customer.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good at multitasking

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
