About the role

The QA/QC Manager will oversee the quality control processes and ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement quality control processes for all projects
• Review and approve project plans and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Work closely with project managers and field teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Develop and maintain quality assurance programs
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve quality processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and/or construction management
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection techniques
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
