About the role
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the inspection and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all final assemblies within manufacturing to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide independent and unbiased evaluation of finished devices or work of others
- Read blueprints and utilize inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Analyze failures, determine solutions, and perform in-process and final inspections
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in device batch records
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of relevant inspection or quality control experience
- Ability to read blueprints and operate inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
