The QA/QC Engineer (Renewables) role at Rosendin offers:
- Manage and implement QA/QC program
- Review installation methods for conformance to contract documents
- Ensure materials and equipment meet contract documents
- Conduct pre-installation meetings with safety manager and foreman
- Make regular site inspections and provide detailed reports
- Make follow-up inspections to ensure corrective work is done
- Be responsible for all QA/QC documentation and record keeping
- Make inspection requests and walk with inspectors

Responsibilities
- Review installation methods for conformance to contract documents
- Ensure materials and equipment delivered to the site conform to contract documents
- Conduct pre-installation meetings with safety manager and foreman
- Make regular site inspections and provide detailed reports
- Make follow-up inspections to ensure corrective work is done
- Be responsible for all QA/QC documentation and record keeping
- Make inspection requests and walk with inspectors
Requirements
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective team player
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Ability to be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- Travel 100%
- Working Conditions: General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
