QA/QC Coordinator

Location: Pecos, Texas – Full‑time

Job Summary

• Assist in the development of Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
• Identify non‑conformances and issue corrective/preventive action reports.
• Monitor corrective actions and verify closure of quality issues.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and records.
• Report quality performance metrics to management.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, and audits at various project stages.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable codes/regulations.
• Perform onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Proactively work with the Project Team to ensure installations are correct the first time.
• Work onsite with the Project Team to perform all inspections and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Understanding of electrical construction standards, equipment, and installations.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Proficient with computer programs (Excel, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, analytical, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to successfully pass pre‑employment background check and MVR check when motor vehicle operation is required.
