About the role
The Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership and quality oversight within an assigned QA specialty area. All QA Managers share responsibility for people leadership, compliance, audit readiness, cross-functional partnership, quality decision‑making, and continuous improvement. Each manager also maintains daily functional ownership of one specialized QA pillar: Microbiology, Investigations, Batch Release Testing (BRT), or Documentation.
