QA LVN

Join a fast growing company with a proven track record of excellence. We are looking for a highly-motivated LVN to join our QA team. This is an office based position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The Quality Assurance Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing services in the home health setting, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of all care team members and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates support for the agency's mission statement to promote quality, efficient, comprehensive, compassionate, and effective client services.
• Participates in and supports internal development activities, including but not limited to: performance improvement activities, employee orientation, interviewing and selection, competency testing, and in-services.
• Uses practical communication skills to follow up on complaints by clients or personnel.
• Maintains confidentiality of client, employee, and home health operations.
• Keeps all records in accordance with applicable regulations; ensures they are up to date, organized, and ready for inspection at any time.
• Promotes compliance with all agency and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Review all client records and plans of service to ensure that they meet agency policy, procedures, and standards of practice.

Requirements

• Home Health and Hospice experience preferred.
• LVN license/certification required.
• Experience in Home Health Pediatrics (medical specialty).
• In-person work location.

Schedule

Standard shift: Day shift. Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am‑5pm, in office.
