QA Lead - Warehouse Simulation Lab

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the warehouse simulation lab.
• Develop digital twin environments reflecting customer operations.
• Model automated and manual warehouse workflows.
• Establish simulation standards and certification processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on validation.
• Create reusable templates for customer environment setups.
• Build a library of scenarios for comprehensive testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA or project management.
• Expertise in simulation technologies and digital twins.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and automation.
• Familiarity with AMR, WMS, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining simulation environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and optimize operational workflows.

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
