QA Inspector 1 (Shift 1B: Days - Thurs-Sat/every other Wed )

About the Team

This role involves performing inspections, checks, testing, and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes. You will carry out packaging line inspections, manufacturing checks, and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure company standards are met. You may also monitor critical equipment, draft procedures, assist with validating testing methods, and apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials based on analytical data.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final product review of documents for accurate format, signatures, dating, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for commercial and clinical products.
• Maintain compliance with operating procedures and ensure training is completed prior to task operation.
• Ensure all documentation is legible, complete, and correct.
• Inspect labeling for finished products.
• Review and approve line clearance activities in manufacturing.
• Perform in-process quality audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing documentation and GDP.
• Assist with the NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Report) process during manufacturing of commercial and clinical products.
• Perform in-process product inspection and testing for commercial and clinical products.
• Familiarize yourself with manufacturing processes.
• Provide training for new employees.
• Take on new challenges and expanding roles to support growing demands within the Quality Department.
• Assume and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile/PLM, Oracle, and/or Camstar software programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Minimum of 0-2 years of related experience.
• High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Pay

$18.55 - $27.88 per hour.

Schedule

Travel required: 0-5%.
