About the role
Define and implement test strategies and processes for a greenfield AI-driven product. Drive quality engineering initiatives across a complex software platform, unifying QA resources. Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop testing frameworks, standards, and policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a QA team, mentoring engineers and promoting continuous improvement.
- Design and develop scalable, production-grade test automation frameworks and tooling.
- Ensure comprehensive functional and non-functional test coverage, including automation and exploratory testing.
- Champion a 'shift-left' testing approach and improve testing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in defining QA strategies and improving existing processes.
- Hands-on experience building complex test automation solutions for SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with C# test automation frameworks at all levels (unit, API, integration).
- Knowledge of 'shift-left' testing methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaborative skills.
- Leadership experience in growing and managing QA teams.
