QA Engineer - SAP Commerce Cloud / WalkMe - Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in testing SAP Commerce Cloud and validating commerce-specific workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual tests, including regression testing and end-to-end functional validation.
• Validate commerce-specific workflows such as catalog, search, cart, checkout, pricing, promotions, and order flows.
• Develop and maintain functional UI automation using Playwright with Java.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into structured, traceable test scenarios and test cases.
• Manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Test web applications in enterprise environments, ensuring adherence to QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proven hands-on experience testing SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Strong experience in manual testing, including test planning, test design, test execution, regression testing, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright with Java for functional UI automation.
• Experience with web application testing in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create traceable test scenarios and test cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WalkMe testing or digital adoption platform validation.
• Exposure to HCM systems, workflows, or platforms.
• Exposure to using AI in testing, such as Cline or other AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, or similar.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution in release processes.
• Experience testing integrations across multiple enterprise systems.
