Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive product support and triage technical issues for advanced AI platforms
- Design, execute, and document QA test cases to ensure high-quality releases
- Source, monitor, and analyze user feedback from platforms such as x.com and reddit.com, sharing actionable insights with the team
- Participate in general operations workflows to facilitate smooth product delivery
- Contribute to technical build projects, coding independently with TypeScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bugs and improve features
- Stay current with AI video generator trends and integrate user feedback into QA processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, with proven ability to code independently
- Portfolio of self-built projects (mandatory; applications without this will not be considered)
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting, testing, or building AI video generator technologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Comfortable with customer support, QA, and operational workflows
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technical environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with community engagement or user-facing forums
- Understanding of best practices in AI platform support and quality assurance
- Familiarity with agile development and issue tracking tools
