QA Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to cover end-to-end business flows.
• Lead testing efforts for Voice AI Systems and integrations with POS, Touch KDS, Drive-Thru Menu and Order Confirmation Board, eCommerce, Delivery, and home office reporting.
• Set up and maintain test environments and test data as needed.
• Identify and document software defects, reporting them to project and development teams along with quality metrics such as defect leakage, schedule variance, defect densities, and open defect counts.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality experience and menu updates by participating in Agile development processes and daily stand-up meetings.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies, including implementing test automation techniques and AI-assisted process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with POS systems, Drive-Thru Voice AI Systems, databases (Linux, MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB, Couchbase), AWS technologies (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), Power BI, KQL, JSON/XML files, REST API, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office applications, AWS technologies, Notepad++, Postman, and Point of Sale hardware/accessories.
• Understanding of validation processes and methodologies.
• Passion for learning new technologies and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Hands-on test automation knowledge.

Pay

Salary range: $108,300 to $127,500 annually, plus bonus eligibility, equity (if applicable), and benefits.
